Job Description
YouLend is a fast-growing FinTech platform providing embedded finance solutions to leading e-commerce platforms. The Sales Manager for Germany is responsible for building and leading a sales team, managing new and existing customers, and optimizing the customer experience. This role involves strategic planning, team development, and close collaboration with partners, Product, and Commercial teams.
Requirements
- Experience in leading at least 10 employees (ideally with leadership experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-growing FinTech, Financial Services, or Top-Strategic Consulting firm
- Experience in SME-Lending in Europe is a plus (Cash Advances are a plus)
- Project management skills from dynamic environments
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills (German & English fluent)
- Experience in Change Management
- Experience with SQL, Python, R or similar tools for data analysis
