Job Description
YouLend is a rapidly growing FinTech platform providing embedded financing to e-commerce and tech companies. They are seeking a Sales Manager to open and manage a new sales team in Germany, focusing on servicing new and existing cash advance customers. This role involves team leadership, performance management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and streamline operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a high-growth fintech, financial services, or top strategy consulting firm
- Experience managing a team (ideally 10+)
- Experience managing managers
- Proficiency in German and English
