Lead the end-to-end technical delivery for customers, providing technical expertise and problem-solving skills, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support implementation, client training, and handovers.
Requirements
- Strong experience and certification in AWS connect and/or AWS services working in a CCaS environment.
- Previous experience in consultant or similar role in a CCaS environment supporting AWS environments.
- Hands-on experience building, migrating and deploying complex cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in automating deployments and improving solution efficiency
- Experience building integrations across contact center solutions.
- Strong hands-on programming skills, experience developing solutions with code/scripting and comfortable with AWS Lambda and Python.
- Passion for building contact center solutions and getting hands dirty.
