Job Description
Zenjob is an AI-powered platform connecting companies with temporary employees, offering students flexible freelance opportunities. This role leads and develops a team of Account Managers to drive customer retention, expansion, satisfaction, and operational excellence. The role involves strategic planning, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience in leading or mentoring Account Managers or Customer Success Teams in the B2B context
- Strong commercial understanding in areas of retention, expansion and sales
- Demonstrable ability to implement processes and work processes at team level
- Data-driven decision making; familiarity with dashboards, KPIs and forecasts
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
- Ability to coach performance, provide actionable feedback and develop talent
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and the improvement of tools/processes with partners
- Excellent communication skills in word and writing, as well as fluent German and good English.
