The Strategy & Partnerships team at Zillow plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. As a Strategy & Partnerships Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving Zillow’s most important partnerships and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles.
- Proven success in negotiating and executing deals, including creative structuring and multi-party coordination.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience aligning diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage at both operational and executive levels.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building new frameworks and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of partner incentives and market dynamics.
- Experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace businesses is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business/strategy credentials preferred but not required.
