Job Description
Join Zip, a world-class team, to manage a rapidly growing customer base across all industries and customer segments. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you'll advise customers on transforming B2B purchasing, creating immediate value and efficiency for employees. You'll work with engineering and product while collaborating with stakeholders across various industries and company types.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
- Procurement experience and/or familiarity with procurement technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish quick rapport and trust with customers
- Strong project management skills to manage a dynamic customer portfolio
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Business process-oriented and ability to think about workflow efficiency
- Proactive team player that is able to identify process gaps and willing to help wherever needed
