Zipdev is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy Founder. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, and taking ownership of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will contribute to streamlining the Founder's workflow and enabling them to focus on strategic growth.
Requirements
- Excellent English skills (C1+)
- 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (or related roles)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and other productivity tools
- Located in Latam
