The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize responsibilities. It focuses on efficiency and maximizing the Founder's time.
Requirements
- Excellent English skills (C1+)
- 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (or related roles)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and other productivity tools
