Zipdev is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy Founder. The role involves managing the Founder's schedule, correspondence, and administrative tasks, streamlining operations and allowing strategic growth. This is a remote position based in Colombia.
Requirements
- Excellent English skills (C1+)
- 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or related role
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and other productivity tools
- Must be located in Latam
