Requirements

- Manage a blended call environment (inbound and outbound) to support recruitment activities.
- Listen actively to candidates and understand their career goals and motivations.
- Document all actions taken on each candidate record, ensuring details such as contact information, notes, and follow-ups are up to date.
- Assist in achieving team targets for candidate engagement, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach — be persuasive, persistent, and empathetic while supporting both candidates and clients.
- Demonstrate maturity, honesty, and integrity in all communications.
