Job Description
Zones, a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) specializing in digital workplace, cloud & data center, networking, security, and managed services, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to resolve IT issues remotely. The role involves installing and maintaining operating systems, troubleshooting hardware/software, and providing ongoing support to both desktop and mobile users. Requirements
- Respond and resolve IT issues over the phone and tickets.
- Install and configure operating systems and user applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers.
- Maintaining and providing Escalation contact lists.
- Maintain a continuous improvement program.
- Manage number of Deskside Services resources.
