They are seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to maximize the value of their solutions, optimize operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes for existing customers. This role requires strategic guidance, roadmap development, and ongoing process improvements, acting as a trusted advisor to customers in a subscription-based model. The role focuses on aligning solutions with customer's strategic goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on proficiency in Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ modules
- 10+ years of Domain-Specific Expertise with Billing and Revenue Management and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite
- Strong integration proficiency, with experience integrating with ERP, CRM, and core systems
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
