We are looking for a CRO Manager to improve conversion and customer experience throughout our digital customer journey. The ideal candidate has experience in driving CRO work within e-commerce or other digital business with a lot of customer data, strong analytical ability, and good understanding of digital customer behavior and user journeys.
Requirements
- Experience in driving CRO work within e-commerce or other digital business with a lot of customer data
- Strong analytical ability and good understanding of digital customer behavior and user journeys
- Good knowledge of tools and methods for analysis and optimization (e.g. GA4, funnel analysis, heatmaps, A/B testing)
- Experience in collaborating and specifying with developers, designers, marketing, and data analysis
- Ability to turn insights into clear, business-oriented actions
- Strong communication skills and ability to get others on board
- A testing and solution-oriented approach, with an eye on what actually gives results
