Job Description
Arthan is recruiting a Fundraising Lead to partner with high-impact nonprofits and social enterprises to secure funds from various donors. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in fundraising and excellent relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- 5-15 years of fundraising experience
- Demonstrated success in raising funds from HNIs, UHNIs, CSR partners, foundations, and institutional donors
- Strong grant/proposal writing and research abilities
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
- Deep sector awareness and understanding of funding landscapes in India
- Strategic thinking, self-driven, and high on integrity
- Familiarity with donor management systems and compliance procedures
