Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations, physical assets, and financial returns of assigned properties within Tax Credit and HUD/RD environments. The role focuses on maximizing property performance and ensuring tenant satisfaction. They prioritize a positive customer interaction and maintain a safe and inviting environment.
Requirements
- Implement strategies for enhancing the value of the assets.
- Process rent increase notices, track and implement when scheduled.
- Process and manage all property staff.
