Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Tax Credit property. The role involves maximizing financial returns through rent collection, marketing, property management, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include assisting with property inspections, resident retention, and maintaining a positive relationship with tenants, employees, and the local community.
