Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain properties, grounds, and buildings in a clean and safe condition. The role involves performing maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and general upkeep, ensuring timely repairs, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Regular preventative maintenance and inspections are also part of the responsibilities.
Requirements
- Maintain building by performing minor and routine maintenance (painting, plumbing, janitorial).
- Ensure timely and appropriate repairs.
- Participate in preventative maintenance inspections.
- Read and interpret documentation.
- Valid Driver's License and insurance required.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
