Job Description
The Senior Program Manager oversees the daily operations of a local site's vocational program, ensuring fidelity to the program model and focus on continuous improvement. The position leads the local team to meet program milestones, recruit participants, and support participant progress.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of growing leadership and program management experience
- Working knowledge of the criminal justice and workforce development systems
- Proficiency and experience in meeting performance based goals
- Proficiency and experience collecting, analyzing, and applying data to drive program strategy and decision making
- Comfortable with technology, including Google Suite and Salesforce
- Exemplary model of CEO's values and living CEO's management philosophy
- Deep dedication to social justice, criminal and/or economic justice
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals
- Attention to detail and strong project management capabilities
