Job Description
CentraCare is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join their team in Litchfield, MN. The role involves providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on both acute and chronic management, preventive services, and lifestyle counseling in a supportive clinic environment. The position is a 1.0 FTE position with no weekends, holidays, or call-in requirements.
Requirements
- Current NP certification or Minnesota Physician Assistant licensure (or eligibility)
- Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card
- DEA registration prior to receiving clinical privileges
