We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our Growth team in DACH and develop effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, a strong understanding of the German speaking market, and experience in competitive and fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Growth team for DACH to ensure high performance, professional growth, and alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close major deals, ensuring optimal terms for the company.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration within the Growth team and across departments (Operations and Tech).
