Requirements
- Experience onboarding clients, ideally in SaaS, HRTech, FinTech, or other B2B platforms
- Strong understanding of digital product adoption
- Proven ability to design, manage, and improve operational processes
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Comfortable working in fast-changing environments
- Tech-savvy and confident using tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Intercom, and project tracking platforms
- Clear and professional communication skills in English and Spanish
