Service Desk Analyst responsible for troubleshooting simple hardware, software, or network problems, monitoring tickets, and providing customer support.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of technical support or customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree, technical degree or certifications preferred
- Working knowledge of various technologies including Windows, desktop/notebook hardware, Windows Server and general networking technologies
- Ability to work as an effective team member and possess strong English communication skills
