The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for ensuring the Agency attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline in anticipation of future needs. The role involves managing the recruitment process, developing a pool of qualified candidates, and designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy.
Requirements
- An associate's degree is required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five years of HR experience with two years of clinical recruiting experience required.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
