Job Description
Employee Engagement and Benefits Manager is responsible for administering employee benefits, developing strategies to improve engagement, and managing programs to enhance FSI's culture and promote longevity and engagement among team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2 years' experience working as a generalist in human resources and/or a people and culture role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
