Requirements
- 4+ years of demonstrated sales experience
- Life Sciences industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience selling software with a web-based demo approach is essential
- Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles
- Experience working with SDR teams for account planning lead conversions
- Excellent written, verbal, webinar and presentation skills
- Experience with an industry leading CRM system
- An appetite for outbound sales planning and activities
- Focused on being top performer on sales tech stack tools
- AI-forward mentality
- Competitive in nature and intellectually curious
- Presentation skills must be strong
- Experience with sales and discovery frameworks a plus
- Force Management (Command of the Message) training would be a bonus
- Bachelor’s Degree required
