Job Description
Halcyon is a cybersecurity platform focused on ransomware protection, combining AI with proven methods for stopping advanced threats. They are seeking a SLED Account Executive to own the North Central territory, responsible for building pipeline, managing sales cycles, and closing deals with government and education clients. The role requires hunting, relationship building with senior leaders, and utilizing VARs and SIs.
Requirements
- Proven success in SLED sales (state, local, and education)
- Hunter mentality: experience prospecting, breaking into new logos
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior IT/security leaders
- Experience leveraging partners/procurement vehicles to close deals
- Strong forecasting discipline and comfort running a tight sales process
