Job Description
Halcyon is seeking an Account Executive to own the North Central territory (IL, WI, MN, IA, NE, ND, SD). This is a hunter role focused on pipeline generation, sales cycles, and securing new logos (state, local, education) for their adaptive security platform. The company is a rapidly growing, distributed team backed by significant funding.
Requirements
- Proven success in SLED sales (state, local, and education)
- Hunter mentality: experience prospecting and building pipeline
- Strong executive presence and engagement with senior IT/security leaders
- Experience leveraging partners/procurement vehicles to close deals
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech solutions
- Strong forecasting discipline and a tight sales process
