5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering and SaaS operations, with strong experience in identity, SSO, and provisioning workflows, and ability to automate workflows using Python, APIs, or low-code tools

4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, experience bringing new products to market, self-starter, ability to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback
