Job Description
Insight Housing is a non-profit organization that provides housing, food, and support services to individuals in need. The Case Manager position is responsible for providing case management and housing stabilization services to families experiencing homelessness.
Requirements
- 1 year experience providing direct support services to individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health, substance abuse or other social issues
- High school required, Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field a plus
- Ability to complete CPR/First Aid Training
- Proficient in use of computer and Microsoft office suite
- Experience with Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) a plus
