High school degree and 1 year experience providing direct support services to individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health, substance abuse or other social issues
Housing Navigator (Families Home to Thrive)
High school degree, 1 year experience providing direct support services, ability to complete CPR/First Aid Training
Case Manager (SSVF)
High school degree, 1 year experience providing direct support services, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, excellent communication skills, and ability to maintain professional conduct
Case Manager
High school diploma required, 1 year experience providing direct support services to individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health, substance abuse or other social issues
Cook (On Call)
Knowledge of food safety, CPR/First Aid, and 1+ years of cooking experience. Valid CA driver's license and reliable vehicle required
Resident Advocate (On Call)
High school diploma preferred. Prior experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness/mental health is a plus. Must have medical clearance
