Requirements
- Prospect, qualify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails and events
- Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to develop targeted campaigns and follow up on inbound leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and position IP Pathways' solutions effectively
- Present and explain IT services and solutions to decision-makers using a consultative sales approach
- Maintain KPIs set forth including call to meeting ratio and meeting to opportunity ratio.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within the CRM ensuring accurate forecasts and timely follow-up
- Collaborate with engineering and service delivery teams to design and deliver solutions that address customer requirements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback and insights to leadership on market trends, customer needs and competitive activity
- Maintain and keep up-to-date records within CRM.
