Call Center Agent

MCI is seeking a highly reliable Call Center Agent to join their rapidly growing team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound phone interactions, providing excellent customer service, and selling product and services to residential and business customers. It's a fully-remote position with flexible scheduling and multiple shift options.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Reliability and ability to maintain regular attendance
• Excellent interpersonal skills
