Advanced Practice Clinician - Harm Reduction Clinic

Multnomah County Health Department is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to work in the Harm Reduction Clinic. The clinician will provide medical care to patients at risk of infections and other public health priorities, including wound care and STI treatment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and be able to work independently in a clinical environment.

Requirements

• License to practice medicine as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Oregon
• CPR certification
• One to four years of experience in a clinical setting
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Demonstrated understanding of harm reduction principles
