Job Description
Onbe is a fast-growing FinTech company seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to build a pipeline for their sales executives. This hybrid role will focus on technology sales and payments, requiring the candidate to cultivate a strong understanding of both sales and marketing strategies. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, and engaging with C-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing
- Strong desire to grow in enterprise sales and learn strategic selling techniques
- Familiarity with the fintech or digital payments space is a plus
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for events or client meetings
