Job Description
Onbe is a rapidly growing FinTech company seeking a Segment Management Director. The role focuses on developing strategy to address high-value market opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing, and delivering ROI through data-driven insights. The position involves leading value-driven segmentation, developing buyer personas, overseeing high-impact asset development, and providing advisory support to customers. It is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite at the Buffalo Grove, IL office.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Segment/Market Management, Value Engineering, Product Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
- 5+ years in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Experience in leading value-based positioning initiatives.
