Job Description
Onbe is a FinTech company focused on providing comprehensive payments solutions. They are looking for a Segment Management Director to develop and execute strategy, focus on high-value segments, and drive ROI. The role involves collaborating with go-to-market teams, collaborating with sales and enablement teams, and acting as a consultative deal partner. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work and occasional travel.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Segment/Market Management, Value Engineering, Product Marketing, Strategy, or a related field
- 5+ years in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Expertise in value-based frameworks, value engineering, segmentation, and customer profiling
- Strong analytical and execution skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
