Job Description
Onbe is a fast-growing FinTech company seeking a Segment Management Director to develop and execute strategy within high-value segments. The role involves identifying market opportunities, building buyer personas, overseeing market development, and acting as a consultative sales partner. This is a hybrid position working 2 days a week at the Plano, TX office.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Segment/Market Management, Value Engineering, Product Marketing, Strategy, or a related field
- 5+ years in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Consistent track record of leading value-based positioning initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in value-based frameworks, value engineering, segmentation, and customer profiling
- Strong analytical thinking and execution skills
- Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategies
- Comfort with ambiguity and building frameworks
