Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Professional Services Sr. Consultant II to drive transformational change for their Pendo users. This role involves deep technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and the ability to leverage Pendo products to integrate, migrate, and customize solutions. The Consultant will be a trusted advisor, collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success through seamless implementation and advanced technical services.
Requirements
- 7+ years of customer-facing technical experience, ideally within a SaaS B2B environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with application development, particularly Node.js and Python (a plus).
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
