Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Professional Services Sr. Consultant II to accelerate time to value for Pendo users. This role involves providing technical expertise, customer support, and leading projects to ensure successful customer onboarding and implementation. Senior Consultants will work with various teams to deliver exceptional outcomes and drive significant business impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role within a SaaS B2B environment
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Node.js and in-app tagging
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions
- Ability to lead transformation initiatives and manage change within customer organizations
