- Demonstrate and articulate the value of Pendo's platform
- Serve as a powerful internal advocate for customer needs
- Provide mentorship and leadership within the TAM team
- Help craft solutions with hands-on proof-of-concepts
- Travel occasionally to visit customers on-site
