Customer Experience Executive - Chinese Speaking

We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive - Chinese Speaking to join our team in Bangkok. The successful candidate will be fluent in business-level written and spoken English and Chinese and will have a strong background in customer-focused positions. The role involves monitoring customer enquiries, handling complaints, and liaising with internal departments.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in all fluent languages
• Experience working with customers over the phone and via email
