We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support & Coordination Specialist who demonstrates high levels of independence, precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. This role plays a pivotal role in supporting our Japan operations, working directly with the Country Manager Japan to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Japanese Fluency (Mandatory) & English Proficiency
• Proven background in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role, ideally within the technology, travel, or ticketing sectors
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
