Job Description
We are seeking a Full-time Sous Chef to join our team at RACV Royal Pines Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen operation, leading a team, and producing high-quality food products. Requirements
- Experience in a senior chef role in a 4-5 star hotel/resort or similar environment
- Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery qualification
- Experience leading a team to produce a high standard of quality and presentation
- Committed to delivering 5 star customer service
- Attention to detail, strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a positive team culture and thrive in a large and fast-paced environment
- Full Australian working rights and ability to perform physical requirements of the role
- Excellent personal presentation
