Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all Human Resource functions, including administration, retention, termination, legal compliance, benefits, and strong understanding of California Labor Law. The position will report to and work closely with the Director of Human Resources.
Requirements
- At least 2 years working as an HR Manager
- Experience with multi-site HR management
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with MS Office and reporting
