Job Description
Versapay is seeking a Microsoft Partner Manager to drive the success of their Microsoft channel, expand their footprint through strategic VAR relationships. This role focuses on strategic partnership leadership, joint go-to-market initiatives, and fostering a thriving VAR ecosystem. The partner manager will be the primary architect and steward of the Microsoft partnership, cultivating and enabling a collaborative ecosystem with partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or channel leadership.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft partner programs, cloud solutions, and enterprise software.
- Proven track record of building and scaling VAR ecosystems and driving joint GTM initiatives.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking and reporting.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment.
